Terms and conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of the “REVL Re-loaded: Your Chance to Win” promotion is REVL Training Prospect, located at 175 Prospect Road, Prospect SA 5082. The Promoter is a franchisee of REVL TRAINING PTY LTD (ABN 73

641 776 070).

2. For the purposes of the Promotion:

a. Eligible Individual refers to any individual aged 18 years or older who is a resident in South Australia. To be entered into the prize draw, entrants must join as a member of REVL Training Prospect prior to Monday 25 August 2025.

b. Eligible Membership includes REVL Unlimited 3-month membership.

c. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

d. Prize Pool comprises of:

- One (1) REVL Unlimited 3-month membership

- Vouchers from local businesses

e. Promotion Period runs from 12:00 am Monday 28 July 2025 to 11:59 pm Sunday 24 August 2025, unless otherwise amended at the Promoter’s discretion.

3. The Promoter agrees credit to 2 weeks’ worth of membership fees for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4. The Eligible Individual who joins before Monday 25 August 2025 agrees to pay the initial account set-up fee upon signup as part of the REVL Training membership Terms and Conditions. The promotional credit will be applied once the account set-up fee has been paid.

5. By signing up, the Eligible Individual agrees to an 8-week minimum commitment, with a 2-week notice period required for cancellation, in accordance with the REVL Training Prospect Terms and Conditions.

6. The Offer gives Eligible Individuals a chance to win a 3-month Unlimited Membership at REVL Training Prospect during the Promotional Period. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion; including the 2 weeks free will be void if the prize is awarded.

7. Eligible Individuals who register their details via the website will receive a maximum of 1 entry to the Offer.

8. The winner of the Local Prizes will be drawn daily starting from Monday 25 August to Sunday 31 August. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and a redrawn.

9. The winner of the Membership will be drawn on Wednesday 10 September 2025 and contacted directly. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur on Thursday 18 September 2025.

10. If the winner is under the age of 18, the winner must complete a safety induction and obtain parent/guardian approval of the membership terms and conditions prior to using the membership.

11. Any prize won from the Prize Pool is final and cannot be redeemed for cash value.

12. REVL advises all participants that the Prize Pool is the maximum and only benefit attainable under the Offer and that this promotion is a game of chance that shall not be determined based on skill or any attribute of any entrant.

13. Each entrant shall have one (1) and one (1) only entry into the Offer and all entrants shall have an equal chance of winning a prize from the Prize Pool.

14. If an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of and dispute in its absolute discretion.

15. Any Eligible Individual or Eligible Members may opt-out of the Offer by contacting [email protected].

16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
